These policies apply to purchases from the SOLAZ store.

SOLAZ is operated by RNSBAA. This notice covers shopping at shop.solazandco.com and contacting our customer service team. The collection preview at solazandco.com has its own notice for browser-local favorites and preview browsing.

Shopping and support

When you shop, we use your contact details, billing and delivery addresses, selected products and order history to process your order and help with delivery or support. If you contact us about a problem, we also use the information and photographs you choose to provide. Send support questions to hello.solazclub@gmail.com.

Our store and production partners

Squarespace hosts our store. Squarespace Payments and its payment and fraud-prevention partners process checkout information. Printful receives the order and recipient information needed to produce, package and deliver your items. Delivery carriers receive information needed to transport the package. Your support emails are handled through the email services used to send and receive them.

Payments

Enter payment details only in the secure checkout. Please do not send card numbers or security codes in an email. Our team uses order and transaction records to resolve payment questions.

Keeping records and requesting help

We keep the information needed to manage orders, support requests and required business records. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, contact our support email. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion from every service provider.

Customer accounts and email updates

If you create a customer account, Squarespace stores the account information used to sign in, view past orders and make checkout easier. The store allows customers to save shipping and payment information through its account and payment services. If you choose the optional email signup at checkout, we store your email address in Squarespace Contacts for SOLAZ news and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails. Order and service emails are separate from marketing messages. Optional phone numbers entered at checkout may be used for order and delivery support.

Cookies and site activity

The Squarespace store uses cookies and similar technologies for shopping, security and site analytics. Squarespace analytics can record browser and device information, pages visited, referring links and activity on the store. The store currently does not restrict non-essential Squarespace cookies through a consent banner. You can adjust your browser cookie settings; blocking cookies may affect store features. This notice does not describe the separate collection preview as using the same analytics settings.
