Before you order.

These policies apply to purchases from the SOLAZ store.

Your order

Select the product, color and size carefully and compare the product measurements before purchasing. Our pieces are made to order through our production partner. Availability can change; if an ordered item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about an appropriate resolution or refund.

Product images

Supplier digital mockups illustrate the design and placement. Screen colors, finished print or embroidery, and fit may vary. Refer to the product description and measurements for the selected style.

Prices and shipping

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout before payment. Our launch shipping area is the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Products may arrive in separate packages.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible for an address correction or cancellation request. We will check whether it is still possible to change the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Problems with your order

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with a printing or manufacturing problem, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Please reach out within 21 days of delivery so we can investigate with our production partner. For a missing package, contact us promptly after the estimated delivery date. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Returns

At launch, we do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Contact us before sending any item back so we can provide instructions for your case. These terms do not restrict rights provided by applicable law.

Related policies

Review the store's shipping and return policy and privacy notice before placing an order. The checkout total and the policies presented when you purchase govern that purchase; a later site update does not retroactively change it.
